Ipswich Mortgages Limited has been set up by Simon Clow, Debbie Humphrey and John Palmer, who have been involved in Estate Agency for the past few decades.


Having run Palmer & Partners Estate agents since 2004, with branches across Essex and Suffolk, we feel well-placed to refer our clients to Ipswich Mortgages to assist with all their moving requirements, mortgages and insurance needs.

Anthony Maddy Mortgage & Protection AdviserAnthony is our Mortgage and Protection Advisor. He has impressive mortgage experience and insights into the industry. With an enthusiasm to meet clients’ needs together with remarkable customer service, Anthony is excited to be working with us and is looking forward to the future.

Mel Mihill Mortgage AdvisorMel joined Ipswich Mortgages in April 2024 as our new Mortgage Advisor. With a strong financial and mortgage background, Mel strives to find the best solutions for her clients whilst building strong relationships with customers and lenders. Mel lives in the local area.

Jessica Dunn Mortgage and Protection AdministratorJess started her career in estate agency in 2017, before moving over to Ipswich Mortgages as administrator. Jess provides support to the Advisers enabling the efficient running of the mortgage process, ensuring the home-buying journey is smooth and stress free. Jess lives locally with her partner, two children and two dogs.

Melanie Clohosy Mortgage and Protection AdministratorMelanie is an organised person with a wealth of knowledge from supporting key individuals and teams across various industries based in London. She has been working at Ipswich Mortgages since January 2022 and has excellent communication skills, is flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude and supportive by nature. Melanie lives locally with her family.

Debbie Humphrey Financial DirectorDebbie has been the Financial Director for Palmer & Partners Estate Agents from 2004. Since Ipswich Mortgages launched, Debbie has been involved with the company and runs the finances. She has a wealth of knowledge in estate agency and organisation of the business. Debbie lives in the local area with her family.
